    Course Instructor:

    The course is presented by Richard James, P. Eng., PTOE, who has 32 years experience in Transportation Planning and Design. He has practised as a Transportation Planning and Engineering Consultant since 1990. Prior to that he was involved in Project Management of a major highway project, was manager of a Highway Design Office and a Senior Transportation Planning Engineer. Mr. James presents both the Road Authorities concerns and those of the developer. This format facilitates an understanding of both sides of the development review and approval process.
